Metal roof flashing installation. Here is how you do it. Install the panels leading up to the vent pipe until getting as close as possible to the pipe. Momentarily lift the boot and apply sealant to hold the flashing in place.

Apply a second layer of sealant around the lip of the vent outside. Prepare the roof area. Drill starter holes if needed then scew down the vent with the fasteners in the installation kit. Install shingles as normal up to the base of the plumbing vent.

Place the cover over the vent opening and screw into place. Insert the roofing membrane with the backing removed through the pipe. Determine the type of vents you wish to install.
